This is a courtesy English translation of our German Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (Terms & Conditions). The contract language is German, and the German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to contracts concluded between SamSop GmbH (hereinafter the "Seller") and the customer via the online shop at www.synapto-konzept.de.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The offer in the online shop constitutes a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation by email, or at the latest upon shipment of the goods.

§ 4 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.

The following payment methods are available for orders placed through the online shop:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Klarna (pay later / instalments)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

§ 5 Delivery and shipping

  • Delivery is made to Germany and Austria.
  • Shipping costs are included in the product price.
  • The delivery time is 2–5 business days from conclusion of the contract, unless stated otherwise in the relevant offer.
  • Shipping is carried out via DHL with tracking.

§ 6 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of SamSop GmbH until paid in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are available in full at /en/cancellation.

§ 8 Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, SYNAPTO® offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving the product, you may claim the guarantee. The guarantee also applies to packaging that has already been opened or partially used.

The guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased through the official SYNAPTO® online shop.

Please contact us within the 30-day period at hello@synapto-konzept.de. The product must be returned within 14 days of your notification to the return address provided by us.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

After receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase price using the same means of payment used for the purchase.

The guarantee can be claimed only once per customer and per purchased product.

The statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

§ 9 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

§ 10 Liability

SamSop GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), SamSop GmbH is also liable in cases of slight negligence, but limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

§ 11 Information on dietary supplements

The products are food supplements and not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

§ 12 Contract language and storage

The contract language is German. The text of the contract is stored after conclusion of the contract and sent to the customer by email. The customer can view and amend the order data at any time before submitting the order.

§ 13 Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 14 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg, to the extent permitted by law.
